The driver arrived very much on time, drove safely and was very friendly.
Pick up was really on time and I was allowed to change the pick up time flexibly a day before. The driver could barely speak English, which made it a bit complicated to ask for a stop or anything. But he drove safely which is the most important thing. In the end he seemed a bit annoyed about the traffic ;-)
