Silong was so knowledgeable and friendly. We really felt like he went out of his way to explain the Cambodian Nightmare, as he referred to it. we never felt rushed and Silong was happy to answer all of our questions, including giving insights about his own family's experiences during that time. We would highly recommend choosing this tour for a quick yet informative tour about this terrible time in recent history.

On time. comfortable van. well informed and personable. No pressure for a tip after tour. only negative. we did feel very pressured to buy the book from the survivor of the prison. Not so much the first survivor but the second who wasn't at the prison. we were told he is ill and hospital isnt free, and book kind of shoved into our hand by the guide and the survivors representative. saying its only $10. we had just bought the previous book and ended up buying the second, which we really didn't want ..🙁
