This is an 8-hour experience from Siem Reap, built around Angkor Wat, Ta Prohm Temple and Bayon Temple. It is run by Siem Reap Tour Guide, an operator we book with directly rather than through a reseller, which is why we can hold your place with them before we treat your booking as final.
Angkor Wat was built in the first half of the 12th century by Suryavarman II as a Hindu temple to Vishnu, later turned to Buddhist use, and it is the largest religious monument on earth at roughly 162 hectares inside its moat. Unlike almost every other Khmer temple it faces west. The outer gallery carries about 600 metres of bas-relief, including the Churning of the Ocean of Milk, and the central towers represent Mount Meru. The upper level has a dress code that is actually enforced: shoulders and knees covered, no vests, or you are turned back at the stairs. An Angkor Pass is required and costs USD 37 for one day, 62 for three and 72 for seven, sold only through Angkor Enterprise; under-12s are free on a passport.

Had an amazing tour through Angkor Wat Temples!! Our guide Pal Saruon was very attentive and knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. Everything felt spaced out appropriately and that we got to take our time to take everything in. Pal even made multiple photo stops for everyone!!! Our driver Virak provided everyone with cold water and towels which helped in the heat! All in all a must do tour if youre wanting to see the temples!
We had a wonderful tour with Mr. Sokpee! He led us to the perfect spot to view the sunrise over Angkor Wat. Mr. Sokpee was also very knowledgeable about the temple history and shared the perfect amount of information. He was equipped to answer all of our questions, no matter how big or small. Pickup, transportation, and service were seamless. The bus was extremely comfortable and we were greeted with water bottles and cool towels after every stop. We brought a boxed breakfast from our hotel and had time to eat and decompress after the tour of Angkor Wat. Thank you for an incredible day!
Angkor Wat Sunrise tour with Sopheaprath has been amazing! He really makes sure that you are well accommodated, knows a lot of historical facts about the temples and Cambodia and is also the sweetest person/guide I have had so far! He is a great photographer as well, knows all the good spots. We have really enjoyed our tour with Sopheaprath and would really recommend people to book with him for their travels to Cambodia and Angkor Wat in the future. 10/10!
Thanks to this tour, my girlfriend and I had the chance to admire the beautiful temples. The experience was even more rewarding because we were accompanied by our guide, Chhay, a very friendly, knowledgeable, and caring guy. In addition to sharing a lot of history about his country, he also told us many interesting anecdotes. I highly recommend it!

The early wake-up call was totally worth it. Kiz was a super friendly and knowledgeable guide. He and his driver care for you over the whole trip, provide you with water and cold towels and drive you safely. The temples are astonishingly beautiful and the sunrise @ Angkor is worthy of staying up before 4am. Strongly recommended to book this tour.
A must book tour!! The company was punctual arriving on time. The guide was communicative messaging me the day prior for expectations and pick-up time. Our guide Chhay really made the experience memorable. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable about the history of Angkor Wat, but he is also hilarious! His jokes break up the monotonous of the history lessons. I joined this tour as a solo traveler and would highly recommend it for everyone!
I appreciate that we were able to arrive in Angkor Wat early enough to get a good position in order to take good photos of the temple and the reflection on the water. I learned a lot about each place we visited. It’s very generous that we got 3 bottles of water! The breakfast place didn’t overly price. Both the guide and the driver were very attentive. Mr. Sokpee was an exceptional guide, very knowledgeble, punctual and passionate about the history of the various religions, architectural styles and kingdoms that dominated the area. Though long, the tour was worth every minute and the sunrise over the complex alone was worth the tour fee, though it would've been even better had the skies been completly clear. Very well organized and highly recommended!
This trip really made my Christmas day special. Was picked up on time and made it to Ankor Wat to watch sunrise. Lucky (Samnung) was an awesome guide, so knowledgable about the temple. He was also very funny saying 'make sure we stick together like mango sticky rice 😆 When a few of us got lost he said 'you didn't do the sticky rice'! The group I was with all really enjoyed the day.
