Transfer was great and on time. The facility itself is fantastic - I had the pleasure of having the place to myself for a couple of hours and it was amazing! Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable. The enclosures are well designed and a good size for the animals they house. The food at the restaurants was tasty and well priced. My only feedback would be that I wish there were more souvenirs available!
