This is a 2-hour experience in Siem Reap. It is run by Khmer Ceramics & Fine Arts Centre, an operator we book with directly rather than through a reseller, which is why we can hold your place with them before we treat your booking as final.
The price covers Hotel pickup and drop-off, Workshop visit, Pottery class fee, English-speaking guide and teacher and All art materials. It does not cover Food and drinks, Optional gratuities, Firing is not included and Please let us know on your class date if you would like, so budget for those separately. Everything included is listed in full on this page; if something is not on that list, assume it is not in the price.

I booked this experience for my cousin’s birthday. My cousin, daughter, and I had dedicated instruction from an excellent teacher who guided us through several pottery activities. There were posted instructions as well in case we forgot any steps in the process. We made five items and enjoyed working with the clay mounds to create beautiful pieces. We loved every minute of this experience and hope that others will enjoy it as much as we did!
Great afternoon. Lovely guidance from the ladies that work here. We all managed to make 3 or 4 items each. Overall we had a great laugh with the instructors and thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon. Highly recommended.
The class was a lot of fun although harder than I expected. I fired two pieces and got them delivered to my hotel. I would highly recommend doing this as a chill evening activity.

My whole experience with Khmer Ceramics was amazing! My lesson was fantastic, I felt well supported and it was a lot of fun. I returned the following evening to collect my pieces and they looked amazing!! Highly recommend this class!
Really fun. I got picked up and dropped off so it was super easy and spent two hours throwing pots and carving them. Super fun and creative.
Had a great time. Very friendly and patient teachers. I was not very good at all, but with their guidance, I did create something I was very happy with. Definitely give it a try!
Even though I am not good at crafts, I had a blast trying to create pottery on a wheel. I have always wanted to do it at home but doing it in a different was even more fun! We had to move the wheel with our foot and it was so cool! 10/10 recommend.
Honestly just do this whilst in Siem reap, staff are lovely the class was amazing and you can really spend as much time as you like getting the shapes right, first time we ever done pottery and it won’t be the last
Wow. What a fantastic experience. We had such a great time trying pottery for the first time. Made 5 different items with expert tuition from the resident experts. A really enjoyable couple of hours. We collected the items we had fired last night and they look great. Top tip: cut your nails before attending ladies!
