This is a 10-hour experience in Siem Reap. It is run by Siem Reap Experiences, an operator we book with directly rather than through a reseller, which is why we can hold your place with them before we treat your booking as final.

Angkor Wat was built in the first half of the 12th century by Suryavarman II as a Hindu temple to Vishnu, later turned to Buddhist use, and it is the largest religious monument on earth at roughly 162 hectares inside its moat. Unlike almost every other Khmer temple it faces west. The outer gallery carries about 600 metres of bas-relief, including the Churning of the Ocean of Milk, and the central towers represent Mount Meru. The upper level has a dress code that is actually enforced: shoulders and knees covered, no vests, or you are turned back at the stairs. An Angkor Pass is required and costs USD 37 for one day, 62 for three and 72 for seven, sold only through Angkor Enterprise; under-12s are free on a passport.

The tuk-tuk tour around the Angkor temples was great! 🌟 Although our driver didn't speak much English, he was very kind and helpful. He constantly provided us with plenty of water, which was a lifesaver in the heat. The Angkor temples amazed us with their architecture and history, and the breathtaking views made us feel like we were in another era. It was an unforgettable adventure. I highly recommend this tour! 🎉

The Tempels are amazing. The best one is Ta Prohm! The guards are very very friendly and helpful. One guided me through the Tempel and made wonderful pictures. I will never forget this tour! Thanks to our driver Mao. He always had cold water when we need some 😅
