Kulen Elephant Forest and Tonlesap Lake in Siem Reap

We had an amazing day with our guide Nak and driver Channa. We were lucky enough to be the only couple on the tour that day, so it was like having a private guide! Nak was super friendly and accommodating - and he told us a lot about life in Cambodia. He was very well prepared and knowledgeable. The elephant sanctuary was definitely the highlight! It's clear that the elephants are well cared for, and it was great to feed them and go on a forest walk with them. We had the best day visiting Elephant Sanctuary and the Floating Village. Our guide Phat and the driver whose name is Smile are very friendly, patient, and attentive. We are traveling with our 6-year-old boy and Phat did a fantastic job in meeting his needs and answering all the questions he had about Cambodia throughout our day. We appreciate he shared his personal stories from his childhood with us which helped us a lot understand the culture, history, and people in Cambodia and Siem Reap while making the trip so fun and interesting. We took local advice and opted for the afternoon tour as the elephants are more active. It was amazing to see these rescued animals up close and interacting with people. Their relationship with their handler is special to see. Highly recommended.

Mr. Nak was a fantastic tour guide for the day. The elephants were obviously the highlight but the rest of the tour was insightful, enjoyable and interesting. If you're lucky enough to have Mr. Nak then you for sure will have a good day

I've visited elephant facilities in Thailand, India, Kenya and Zimbabwe. This was the best. Excellent guide - we learned so much about some of the complexities of Cambodia history on the way to the forest. Then the elephants were fantastic. I was concerned it might feel like they were being exploited (I've been to some sad elephant sanctuaries) but this was great. We spent a good amount of quality time with them and got some great photos and videos. The lake and stilted village is interesting... first time I had a cold drink next to a pen of crocodiles!! :) Highly recommended.

The elephant visit was wonderful, 5 star. However, for those with limited time in Siem Reap, the lake visit was not the best use of our time. Merely OK. Also, the trip was overpriced, not good value for money.

Sehr viel Zeit mit den Elefanten verbracht. Super Bootsfahrt und noch eine kleine mit Kajak. Sehr zu empfählen.

Die Tour war informative und interessant. die Guides waren super. Man kann den Elefanten ganz nah sein ohne dass man sich wie ein Tierquäler fühlt. allerdings finde ich den Preis etwas überzogen für das was man bekommt. da würde ich mir etwas mehr für den Preis wünschen.
