The countryside immediately around Siem Reap is rice paddy, sugar-palm trees and villages that are five minutes off the temple road and rarely seen by people doing the circuits. The sugar palm is the national tree and its sap is tapped from the crown by men who climb a notched pole twice a day, boiled down to the palm sugar used in every Khmer kitchen. The rice year sets everything: transplanting in the wet months, the fields green through the rains, harvest around November and December, then dry stubble and dust. Late afternoon is when the light works and when the villages are out, so most of these rides run to sunset. Priced per person at about $87 each, so a party of 7 comes to $610. The price you see on this page is the total for the party size you pick, not a per-head figure to multiply. SARUS CO., LTD runs it. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An absolute highlight of Siem Reap!I had an incredible experience combining a horse riding trek with a horse and cart tour of the countryside. The team treated me so incredibly well from start to finish! My guides were fantastic—so talkative, friendly, and highly informative about the local area. The horse and cart tour was a wonderful way to see the peaceful, quiet side of Siem Reap that most tourists miss. Following that, riding around the area was deeply relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable. I cannot recommend this experience enough if you want an authentic and relaxing look at the beaut
I was looked after and felt very safe. zena my guide kept checking on me and instructing me. As a beginner felt nervous at first but I had no need. A lovely tour on a calm horse. Thoroughly enjoyed this activity.
It’s a very beautiful horse farm, and the horses are well cared for. I was a bit worried at first because a short part of the ride required going along the roadside before reaching the village, but the guide ensured a safe crossing. Throughout the tour, he also made sure that I was comfortable and doing well.
Very relaxing and such a fun experience going through the countryside. I am a beginner and they gave me a horse to matched that. I could go as slow as I wanted and had to choice to speed it up towards the end. Horses look very taken care of as well.
Couldn't recommend this more if you like horse riding, my guide was absolutely lovely and we chatted the whole 3 hours of the trip. The horses were wonderfully taken care of and it was beautiful to get out into the countryside. Highly recommended!
Amazing horseback riding tour 🙏🏻 You get to explore the countryside, local villages and a temple in Siem Reap. My guide Mr Kong was full of informations and stories about his country, he was definitely a great company ! Horses are great too! In good shape, very well trained and willing to gallop under the sun without any hesitation as well !
lovely ride around the back lanes and countryside of Siem Reap. I'm an absolute beginner so got a really gentle horse. the horses all looked well cared for and the guide that went out with me Mr Kame (sp) was very patient with me. I would recommend.
Such a good experience the guide was amazing!! Did the one hour ride through the village and rice fields. Guide let me go as fast or as slow as I wanted to and always checked everything was ok! 10/10 experience
Maneggio molto bello, animali ben tenuti. Pur avendo specificato e firmato un documento in cui dichiaravo di saper fare solo il passo e il trotto, mi sono ritrovata contro la mia volontà a galoppare sulla strada rischiando di cadere. Fortunatamente non è successo nulla di grave però non ho apprezzato il fatto che non venissero rispettati i miei limiti.

3時間の寺院を回るコースを楽しませて頂きました。2年前から日本の乗馬スクールで習っています。ガイドの方のうまの性格(個性的なお馬さんだったのでwww)のインフォメーションもあり楽しい乗馬ができました。2時間の予定が3時間コースに変更したため事前に送迎の方にメッセージを送りましたが快く待ってくださってありがとうございました。素晴らしい旅の思い出をありがとうございました。
The tour should be in a more beautiful place, with more nature. We were too much time in the road with cars around. One of the horses was afraid of cars and needed to go with a person guiding it.
