A half-day trip from Siem Reap that visits Krong Siem Reap, លតឆាសៀមរាប១៩៩១, Kola Noodle and ភូមិនំបញ្ចុក Phum Num Banh Chok. There are 7 stops altogether, so it fills the day rather than leaving long gaps between two or three highlights. The price covers Hotel pickup and drop-off, English-speaking guide and Tuk-tuk ride. It does not cover personal expense and tips (optional), so budget for those separately. Battambang is Cambodia's second city and the calmest of them, a riverside town of French shophouses about three hours from Siem Reap. The bamboo train, the norry, is a bamboo platform on wheels driven by a small motor down a single track; when two meet, the lighter one is lifted off the rails by hand. The original line at O Dambong was replaced by a purpose-built tourist track at Banan. At dusk, millions of wrinkle-lipped bats stream out of a cliff cave at Phnom Sampeau for about half an hour in an unbroken ribbon, and the same hill carries a killing-cave memorial from the Khmer Rouge years. i had a lovely time this evening with the street food adventure with the tour guide Mr. August and our tuk tuk driver Mr. Say. Our first food taste was the pancake and spring rolls then we went to another restaurant to taste the Garlic Chive Cake and short noodles . our last restaurant are making Khmer noodles soup-- it was heaven. I enjoyed a wonderful evening on a street food adventure with our guide Mr. August and tuk tuk driver Mr. Say. We started with pancakes and spring rolls, then moved on to another spot for Garlic Chive Cake and short noodles. Our final stop featured Khmer noodle soup
Guide Mr Sai ( apology if spelt wrong) and Mr Mac driver were excellent. Mr Sai was knowledgeable and made the trip fun and educational. The food at each stop was fantastic ( even cricket , frog and tarantula) as was the cocktail. The Phare circus was amazing. I would recommend this trip to anyone who is wants to taste Cambodian food and have a real experience.
We booked the private Street Food and Phare Circus with tuk tuk transfers tour and our guide was Mr Jan. There was an initial mix up with the start time of our activity which meant we had to rush to get ready and started the tour approx 40- 45 mins late. Despite the timing mix up, we very much enjoyed this tour. We visited 3 x local restaurants which tourists don’t usually go to and the food at all of them was amazing. We also visited a local market and wooden house cocktail bar- these were also brilliant experiences. Finally, we went to the Phare Circus which is a must see if you are visiting
The tour was amazing! Tour guide Sa took me to many different local food spots. We tried a large variety of traditional Cambodian dishes and deserts. We then went to the markets, and I tried pig brain soup, crickets, grasshoppers, silkworms and even a tarantula! We then went to a cocktail bar that served cambodian style cocktails. Sa is very wise and knowledgeable as he explained the origins of each traditional dish and snack. The circus performance was entertaining and a great end to the tour. TukTuk driver Say got us safely to every destination. I would recommend this tour when visiting Siem
Tolle Tour mit unserem ganz netten Guide " August". Wir waren nur zu 2, also praktisch privat unterwegs. Er hat alles vorbestellt, sodass wir nicht aufs Essen warten mussten. Wir durften verschiedene Speisen in verschiedenen kleinen Restaurants probieren. Alles war sehr gut, aber viel zu viel. Zum Abschluss gab's noch ein Bier im entzückenden Old Woodhouse. Sehr zu empfehlen, tolle Musik und Stimmung dort. Anschließend besuchten wir noch den PHARE CIRCUS. Tolle Bodenakrobatik, mit lustigen Slapstick Einlagen. Transport war mit TucTuc. Empfehle eine Jacke mitzunehmen, es war ziemlich kühl bei d
