This is an excellent trip. It’s a long 5 to 6 hours though with at least two hours in the small bus but worth it.

This was such a wonderful experience and one of the highlights of our time in Cambodia. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and, beyond simply showing us the village, gave us a fascinating insight into the local culture, traditions, history and everyday life. Today was such a good day! The boat cruise through the mangroves was fantastic, and the whole experience was so much fun. We saw vfloating villiages and watched the sunset via the huge lake The mangrove boat tour was around $11 for the boat (about $5.50 each), which we thought was really reasonable. One tip: definitely bring your own bug spray, as the midges do like to bite! Our tour guide, Nan, was incredibly helpful, friendly and informative, and really added to the experience. We had a great tour of the floating village. Our guide (Nan) was very informative and took us of a short walking tour of the village. We then went on a short boat ride in the mangroves (note this is an extra $5.5 but worth it), then had a break at a floating cafe before getting back on the boat to watch the sunset before heading home. Would definitely recommend - thanks!

I had the tour with Meng and Mr. John Wick. The tour was really great, Meng is very knowledgeable and entertaining. Visiting the floating village is very emotional because you see how people still leave there, and you start to appreciate life more and more Great tour, totally recommend it

Our guide Meng was fantastic. Very competent and friendly, he made the day a pleasure. It was great to get out of the city and see the floating village, the mangroves and Tonle Sap lake where we had lunch on a floating restaurant. Be aware that at this time of year the floating village is dry and the booking clearly states that. it is still picturesque and has lots of character. I recommend this tour. Nan was our guide and explain detailed all information about the downtown, their life, culture and actual situation. This visit moved me deeply. Nan make a great job.

We had a great day, it was really interesting hearing about the communities and as it was out of reading season we got to go a bit closer and see how they lived and worked. Meng was knowledgeable sharing personal stories and was so enthusiastic.
