The price covers great local guide, Huangpu river cruise icket, Upgraded VIP siting area on the cruise and Downtown Shanghai area pick up and drop off. It does not cover gratuities and Outskits hotel pick up and drop off (PVG airport/Disneyland area etc,can be arranged at surcharge), so budget for those separately. Two travellers pay $450 together rather than $355 each, because this is priced per party and not per head.
