We did an afternoon Pnom Penh tour by tuk tuk and really enjoyed it. Tuk tuk seems like the best way to see the city, as it moves more easily in the traffic and lets you feel the surroundings. Our driver, Mr Cow was kind and knowledgeable, with a great sense of humor.
