Dies ist ein 4-stuendiges Erlebnis in Phnom Penh. Es wird von Euro Khmer Voyages durchgefuehrt, einem Anbieter, bei dem wir direkt buchen statt ueber einen Wiederverkaeufer, weshalb wir Ihren Platz reservieren koennen, bevor wir Ihre Buchung als endgueltig behandeln.
Der Koenigspalast von Phnom Penh ist seit 1866 der Wohnsitz des kambodschanischen Koenigs und wird noch bewohnt, deshalb sind die koeniglichen Gemaecher geschlossen und die Thronhalle wird nur von aussen gesehen. Die Silberpagode im selben Komplex verdankt ihren Namen den fuenftausend Silberfliesen ihres Bodens, die meisten heute zum Schutz bedeckt, und beherbergt einen Buddha aus 90 Kilogramm Gold, besetzt mit ueber zweitausend Diamanten. Der Palast setzt am Tor eine Kleiderordnung durch: Schultern und Knie fuer alle bedeckt. Das benachbarte Nationalmuseum hat die beste Khmer-Skulptur ueberhaupt und schliesst mittags.

Our Guide called Fresh was excellent! She was so knowledgeable and engaging that the trip was even more interesting than we thought it would be. She was also a superb photographer and knew all the best spots and poses so we have some lovely memories of our trip. Fresh went above & beyond taking us to the Central Market when we couldn’t go into the National Museum and showing us local foods, teaching us some of the language. & showing us how to fold lotus flowers. We can’t recommend her highly enough! Our driver was also excellent making sure we always had cold water and patiently waiting whils

I did a private tour with my friend. This was a great tour, and I feel that my money was well spent. My guide did a great job of explaining things that would have been missed had I decided to visit these locations alone. The driver was always ready to pick us up to take us to our next destination and even brought water for us. I highly recommend this tour.

Soputra is amazing guide, we gave only few hours before our flight but had been able to to see a lot . Soputra is very knowledgeable and passionate about history and culture. Our driver was amazing as well, driving was very safe.
We enjoyed our half-day tour of the Royal Palace, Wat Phnom, and the National Museum very much. Our guide, Mr. Chantha, is a retired schoolteacher and had good presentation skills along with his deep well of knowledge. He also shared cultural info with us (like different greetings and the meaning of hand gestures), which eased the rest of our time in Cambodia. He gets our unreserved recommendation!
