Dies ist ein Erlebnis in Siem Reap, rund um Jeep / SUV und Siem Reap Province and Secret stop. Es wird von BAYON GUIDES durchgefuehrt, einem Anbieter, bei dem wir direkt buchen statt ueber einen Wiederverkaeufer, weshalb wir Ihren Platz reservieren koennen, bevor wir Ihre Buchung als endgueltig behandeln.
Die Landschaft unmittelbar um Siem Reap besteht aus Reisfeldern, Zuckerpalmen und Doerfern, die fuenf Minuten von der Tempelstrasse entfernt liegen und von Leuten auf den Rundfahrten selten gesehen werden. Die Zuckerpalme ist der Nationalbaum, und ihr Saft wird von Maennern, die zweimal taeglich an einer eingekerbten Stange hochklettern, aus der Krone gezapft und zu dem Palmzucker eingekocht, der in jeder khmerischen Kueche verwendet wird. Das Reisjahr bestimmt alles: Umpflanzen in den feuchten Monaten, gruene Felder waehrend der Regenzeit, Ernte um November und Dezember, dann trockene Stoppeln und Staub. Am spaeten Nachmittag ist das Licht am besten und die Doerfer sind aktiv, deshalb laufen die meisten dieser Ausfahrten bis zum Sonnenuntergang.

Our morning tour in the open jeep was fantastic from start to finish and the rain did not stop us enjoying our local experience. The guide was extremely knowledgeable, interesting and we all enjoyed sharing stories and experiences of our lives and differences between both our countries. The itinerary was perfect, we drove through the local streets and countryside, visited a temple to watch the monks going about their day. We watched preparation and sampled sticky rice and rice noodles, finishing with a visit and tour of a silk factory. This tour is highly recommended if you want a bit of a dif
We had a lovely time on our afternoon/evening jeep tour. We visited different parts of the countryside including a temple complex and the garden of a village family. We watched the harvesting of some produce and finished up having drinks supplied by the guide whilst watching the sun set over the rice fields. It was such a peaceful setting. Our guide was very informative about the lives of the villagers and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
The driver spoke very good English, he told us about the landscape around, he had cold water and towels with him. And the trip is amazing. You can see the villages around Siem Reap, rice fields, lotus farms and see the breathtaking sunset. 100% recommend!
