Dies ist ein 1-stuendiges Erlebnis ab Ubud, rund um Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary aufgebaut. Ihr Platz wird beim Anbieter reserviert, bevor wir Ihre Buchung als endgueltig behandeln.
Der Heilige Affenwald in Padangtegal, am suedlichen Rand der Stadt Ubud, umfasst etwa 12 Hektar Wald mit rund tausend Langschwanzmakaken und drei Tempeln aus dem vierzehnten Jahrhundert. Die Affen sind wild und an Menschen gewoehnt, eine Kombination, die Besucher taeglich Sonnenbrillen, Wasserflaschen und alles Essbare kostet; die Regel lautet, nichts Loses zu tragen, Blickkontakt mit einem starrenden Affen zu vermeiden und niemals einen zu beruehren. Der Wald oeffnet um 9:00 Uhr, und die letzte Stunde vor Schliessung ist am ruhigsten. Die Tempel im Inneren sind aktive Tempel und werden nur von Betenden betreten.

Koi was our guide and he was the best! He could tell us a lot off things about the park and had answers to all of our questions. Other people in the park even stopped and listened a few times. We love Koi!! We were laughing a lot together. Definitely recommend

I had a great time with Dek Gus. He provided lots of interesting information about Bali culture, the monkeys and the history behind the sanctuary. He was very kind and accommodating! The grounds are huge so I’d definitely recommend the tour for the ease of getting around and being aware of monkey behaviour.
This was an incredible experience from beginning to end! I genuinely loved this tour, and Ketut Artawa made it even more special. He was warm, respectful, thoughtful, and extremely knowledgeable about Balinese culture and traditions. What impressed me most was the way he shared his knowledge. He explained the history, customs, beliefs, and traditions so clearly and beautifully, making every place we visited much more meaningful. He had an answer to every question I asked and was always happy to share more. Ketut was also considerate, attentive, and easy to talk to, creating such a pleasant atm

Dek Gus was amazing during our tour! Very knowledgeable about the history of the forest and culture and was able to answer lots of questions we had about the forest, monkeys, culture, trees, statues, temples, and ceremonies. Definitely a worth while experience!
