Dies ist ein 1-stuendiges Erlebnis in Uluwatu. Ihr Platz wird beim Anbieter reserviert, bevor wir Ihre Buchung als endgueltig behandeln.
Pura Luhur Uluwatu steht auf einer Klippe etwa 70 Meter ueber dem Meer an der suedwestlichen Spitze der Bukit-Halbinsel, einer von Balis sechs Richtungstempeln, verbunden mit dem Priester Empu Kuturan aus dem elften Jahrhundert. Der Kecak-Feuertanz wird jeden Abend gegen 18:00 Uhr in einem Amphitheater neben dem Tempel aufgefuehrt, zeitlich so gelegt, dass der Sonnenuntergang hinter den Taenzern liegt; er dauert etwa eine Stunde, der Gesang wird von einem Kreis von Maennern ohne Instrumente ausgefuehrt, und die Geschichte ist das Ramayana. Sarongs werden am Eingang gestellt. Die Affen des Tempels sind geuebte Diebe von Sonnenbrillen und Handys, also beides auf dem Klippenweg in einer Tasche verstauen.

We had an exceptional afternoon/ evening with Agust. He was a beautiful young man who made our experience so memorable. Hiis knowledge was outstanding of the Uluwatu temple, the monkeys and Kecak dance and of Bali in general. We felt safe in his capable hands navigating the windy and busy roads. Our guide (31st August 5:30pm) was absolutely amazing. He was very informative, and took especially great care from protecting us from the monkeys. Also offered to take pictures in the best spots. Thank you !

We had a great time at Uluwatu Temple as part of a sunset tour. We had two guides: one who explained the temple’s history and Balinese culture and another who kept an eye on the monkeys. The cultural and historical information was really interesting and educational. The temple itself is stunning with beautiful cliff views that were one of the highlights. There are also many monkeys living around the temple. It was great to see them up close but keep your belongings safely hidden as we saw several monkeys steal items from tourists. I had such a great experience visiting Uluwatu Temple today! Our lady guide was extremely professional, friendly, and attentive throughout the entire visit. The whole team communicated very well and made us feel safe, especially around the monkeys. 🐒 They were always keeping an eye on us, protecting our belongings, warning us when needed, and making sure we stayed away from any potential danger.
