The bus was very comfortable and bathroom stops were included. I enjoyed hearing the historical information provided. I was glad to have someone else transport us to these locations, rather than try to drive or find them ourselves. However, the information about booking earlier time slot to see the observation deck (from a different departure point) cause a great deal of confusion and stress, which was not a good start to our day). The 8.30 tour still went to observation deck, so not sure why the listing says it doesn’t. The microphone not working at start of day, made it difficult to hear som

Nous avons apprécié l’amabilité du conducteur de bus. Très serviable surtout que nous avions une poussette. Le guide paraissait un peu stressé mais il était très compétent et les explications étaient claires.

The Guide Stacy was very good and provided the right amount of details for the tour during the trip. She planned out the schedule very well and gave useful advices to us on what to watch out for during our tour. The bus was comfortable and the driver drove steadily.
