We had a wonderful tour with Hikaru. Everything was perfect, and even though the weather was not ideal, we were still able to discover many beautiful places thanks to Hikaru’s great recommendations. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant throughout the whole experience.

Lake Toya viewpoint Lake Hill farm Hell Valley could be better - more information of areas/sites by guide more direction from guide when arriving at area ie. what's here, recommended things to look at water site/park could be omitted from itinerary opportunities to take pictures of Mt Yotei time to take ropeway

The trip was super chill, with beautiful scenery all the way, just a bit windy at times. Andy was incredibly friendly and made everyone feel welcome. He also shared lots of helpful suggestions and advice on gifts, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was such a pleasant and relaxing experience. Hope to visit Hokkaido again in the future.

Hokkaido is cold: winter days are often below freezing with snow on the ground from December to March, and even summer evenings are cool. Waterproof shoes with grip, a warm hat and gloves, and layers. Tour buses are heated, and the stops are outside.
