Die Wueste Abu Dhabis ist eine andere Landschaft als die Dubais, und die Safari spiegelt das wider. Die Duenen hier sind hoeher und leerer, die Camps weiter von der Stadt entfernt, und Sie teilen sich den Sand mit weit weniger Fahrzeugen als auf der Dubai-Seite.
Der Nachmittag beginnt mit der Abholung im 4x4 und Dune Bashing, sobald die Reifen abgelassen sind. Sandboarding folgt, und es gibt einen Stopp an einer funktionierenden Kamelfarm, kein Foto-Requisit, sondern eine echte Farm, was seltener zu sehen ist als der Kamelritt, den die meisten Reiserouten anbieten.
Der Sonnenuntergang wird von den Duenen aus vor dem Camp genommen, und der Camp-Abend ist der vertraute und wirklich gute: Grillabendessen, Tanoura- und Feuershows, Shisha, Henna, und ein Himmel mit genug Dunkelheit, dass die Sterne tatsaechlich erscheinen.
Quadfahren ist ein optionales Extra statt Teil des Grundpreises, waehlen Sie es also in der Optionsphase, wenn Sie es wollen. Sechs Stunden von Tuer zu Tuer, klimatisiertes Fahrzeug durchgehend, mit kaltem Wasser im Auto, was zwischen Juni und September keine Hoeflichkeit, sondern eine Notwendigkeit ist.

Aamir is an excellent guy and a super driver. That’s was the best sand dunes driving in my life! Surging down the dune was also very fun! As well as seeing many different camels. Unfortunately the bbq was canceled due to some regulations, but we also got some money back. In any case, that was a very pleasant desert visit!
Malik was a great guide, aswell as the awesome dune bashing he took us camel riding, dune bugging and sandboarding. We had a great time
I had a great time on the Abu Dhabi Desert Safari, Camel Ride & Sandboarding tour! It was a fun experience from beginning to end and a great opportunity to get out into the desert and experience something completely different. The driver was awesome—friendly, professional, and made the entire experience enjoyable. The desert driving was especially memorable, and the camel ride and sandboarding added even more variety to the experience. Overall, it was a great time and definitely one of the experiences I would recommend while visiting Abu Dhabi!
It was an Amazing tour operated by Aamir, Aamir took us to a variety of places to see camels, beautiful dunes and some hidden spots in the desert. I would recommend it 100%! We managed to see a beautiful sunset, riding a quad bike, plenty of photo opportunities and the dune bashing was more fun than any rollercoaster. Aamir was also able to tell us a lot about the UAE and we enjoyed having conversations with him during the tour.

This day trip was a great way to end our honeymoon. The desert safari was exactly that... a bump 4WD experience- if you get car sick... pls review if this is right for you. We felt really safe with our guide and had a wonderful experience. The activities at the desert, and food were good value for money and the entertainment was hilarious. Definitely recommend!
