Ba Na Hills und Goldene Brücke: Seilbahnticket in Da Nang

We booked this trip with absolutely no idea what was up there. Thought maybe a park with some trees and benches. Who would think someone would go 1414 metres above sea level and say 'Wow! Let's build a Vietnamese Disneyland on the top of this incredibly steep mountain and only allow access via cable car!' What a fantastic place! There's something for everyone. We spent 6 hours there and still didn't see everything. Highly recommend. Be aware there is a lot of walking! But anyone can do it. We met an Aussie lady and her mum coming back down and mum was 90!

There was no indication from GYG that we weren’t part of a tour, that it was self guided… and therefore why did we have to be at the ticket office by a certain time.. we had to get up extra early, miss our breakfast to meet your deadline when it wasn’t necessary… the actual experience (which had nothing to do with GYG) meaning the facilities and sight at the top were marvellous

I was quite disappointed with my experience. The details of the meeting times were incorrect and misleading, causing unnecessary confusion and stress. When I reached out to customer support for clarification, they were unhelpful and failed to resolve the issue effectively. Improved communication and more precise instructions could have made a big difference. I hope the company updates its information to prevent future customers from facing similar problems.

The reality of the golden bridge didn’t fit with our expectations. Its was not an incredible structure as the images portrayed, but instead a glitzy cheap and nasty bridge that totally disappointed. However, it is clearly popular as dispute the pouring rain and thick fog, the queues of people still come to take their selfies across the width of the bridge. This lead to long queues to get onto the bridge and when we finally made it, walking it was made difficult by the numerous people who didn’t care about the rain, but had to have that perfect photo with total disregard to anyone else attempte

The displays were amazing. Although the day we went was overcast and heavy rain making visibility poor. We booked the buffet lunch bit couldn't find it on a map anywhere. I would look at booking direct rather than having a bar code in the app that needs additional confirmation to convert to a QR code then not being able to find the restaurant.

Pont très beau rien à dire, les activités agréables, la nourriture était bonne. Puis surtout beer station !!! Endroit très agréable bien animé à travers de la musique, des danseurs, etc. Malheureusement le temps n’était pas bon…

Der Preis für das Ticket seitens GyG war überrissen. Zudem mussten wir die Fahrt selber organisieren resp. zusätzlich bezahlen… Das Wetter war eine Katastrophe, regnerisch, neblig und kalt ( kann niemand was dafür…). Das Ganze da oben schien uns wie eine Kopie eines Walt Disney parks… Zudem total überlaufen… und wir reden hier von der „ low season“. Möchte nicht wissen, was da in der Hauptsaison abgeht…🙈

The best experience I have ever had

This was advertised with a tour guide, however the driver just dropped us off and we were on our own. This place is huge and confusing for a first time visitor. Buffet was just ok and would have rather been able to choose a different food venue. Overall a poor value.
