This trip was absolutely excellent!! highly recommend doing at least the 2 days.Andy from the cruise team made sure I got to where I needed and was having a good time. Service was fantastic and everyone was so very helpful.

Staff was amazing, the trip was really nice as much as the boat. We had an upgrade on the Hera Cruise Boutique which was great. Thanks to the team !

So, due to an imminent cyclone it was not possible to stay the night on the boat or take part in most of the activities. However, we did sail into the bay and get to swim at Ti Top island. The Amanda crew were great. Provided lunch when we got on board, were unfailingly helpful and sympathetic, and were correct in that they had no control over the weather and safety must always come first! As we couldn’t spend the night on board, transport back to Hanoi was provided as well as a rather short stop to grab some dinner. When I return one day to Vietnam to visit Ha Long Bay I will definitely choos

The price does not cover alcoholic & soft drinks, other types of drinks with request, surcharge 35 usd/person during southern liberation day, chinese new year, new year's eve, christmas, all other services not clearly mentioned above and upgrade option: deluxe cabin to presidential suite cabin = 50 usd/ 1 person. Everything it does cover is listed in full on this page, so if something is not on that list, budget for it separately.
Overnight cruises sleep on board; day cruises do not. Cabins on the boats we book are private with an ensuite bathroom, and the grade of boat is stated in the option you choose rather than left vague. Bay conditions occasionally force an itinerary change, which the operator decides on the morning and is not something we can promise around.
We confirm your booking with the operator before we treat it as final, and we need at least one day's notice. Once it is confirmed you get the meeting point, the time and a contact number for the day. If the operator cannot take your date we tell you and refund you rather than leave you waiting.
