Super friendly staff. Our guide Steve was really nice and helpful. The food was amazing with many things to choose from. They have everything organized and let you know when and where to be. Overall, very nice experience on the cruise! The sights were full of tourists, like the Ha Long Bay in general.

Our cruise guide Winter was not proactive & not attentive & irresponsible…he just neatly brief itinerary of each activity & disappear, can’t see him during meal to check on us if e food is alright…where not seafood serve. & when smaller ferry to charter us to Ti-Top island Winter nvr confirmed with some of our group people & just left till e cruise crew hv to shout for e ferry to return fetch e rest & when supposed time back to main cruise he didn’t even look out for those yet at meeting point🥹🥲. Lastly our bus came so late an hour waiting while others been picked up😞

The price does not cover alcoholic & soft drinks, other type of drink with request, tips, surcharge 30~40 usd/person during southern liberation day, chinese new year, new year's eve, christmas and upgrade option: deluxe cabin to executive balcony cabin = 15 usd/ 1 person. Everything it does cover is listed in full on this page, so if something is not on that list, budget for it separately.
Overnight cruises sleep on board; day cruises do not. Cabins on the boats we book are private with an ensuite bathroom, and the grade of boat is stated in the option you choose rather than left vague. Bay conditions occasionally force an itinerary change, which the operator decides on the morning and is not something we can promise around.
We confirm your booking with the operator before we treat it as final, and we need at least one day's notice. Once it is confirmed you get the meeting point, the time and a contact number for the day. If the operator cannot take your date we tell you and refund you rather than leave you waiting.
