Ninh Binh in 3 Tagen mit Kreuzfahrt in der Ha-Long-Bucht in Ha Long

Activity was nice, we had a lot of things to do. What can be improved, bigger busses so we can have space for luggage, on the cruise activities felt like in the army, rushed and on schedule, room on the cruise was a bit smelly. Dinner was also not so fancy..breakfast and lunch 10/10. Overall we enjoyed it, we met some nice people, we had fun. Also bikes in Tam Coc could be changed, they were rusted.

I was recommended to visit Ninh Binh, but didn't have time to research it myself, so opted for this tour. It was a solid introduction to the area, but be prepared for very touristy sites. It's definitely not an "off the beaten path" tour. Personally, I wish we spent less time at Hoa Lư Ancient Capital and more time cycling. The hike at Mua Cave offers great views, but be prepared for crowds of ill-prepared hikers walking up in flip flops. The buffet lunch was very mediocre, but the group dinner in Ninh Binh was quite nice. The food on the cruise was excellent. When I checked-in to the Halong B

Purchased a 3 day/2 night package from tour operator. Did not tell me they changed the package I paid for - not all meals, not all guided, etc 1) in Ninh Binh was told someone would come take me to Dinh Binh bungalows after the river trip. Did not happen 2) Then told me a car would take me. Did not happen 3) then told a bus would take me to bungalows. Did not happen 4) then told me I would have to return to Hanoi and I would have to pay for hotel 5) then they changed their minds and said they would pay for a night in a Hanoi hotel that had no functioning water. No shower, no toilet. No apology
