Insel Cat Ba und Lan-Ha-Bucht: Tagesausflug mit Kreuzfahrt in Ha Long

The trip was wonderful. We had a great time and Tuna was so nice and very knowledgeable. We are a family with 2 kids and we all really enjoyed our day. Highlights were the fish massage and swimming/kayaking. My kids were sad to leave the boat. We would definitely recommend!

Trip was very nice. Unfortunately the weather was very bad with a lot of rain. We still had a great time on the cruise. It was beautiful luxury cruise from the in and outside and very clean as well. With a pool and jacuzzi on board, and the opportunity to go kayaking and swim. Everything is arranged very well. The transportation came to pick us up at the hotel in Ninh Binh, and afterwards a taxi was arranged for us because we changed our route to Hai Phong instead of Hanoi. The tour guide also knows very much and speaks English very well. Would definitely recommend!

I’ve been to Ha Long Bay & now did Cat Ba Island. I can honestly say the Cat Ba Island tour is 100 times better. The limestone formations are the same. The difference is you don’t have to compete with 100 other boats and 1000’s of tourists. Ha Ha was a brilliant guide, the boat was opulent and going to Viet Hai village was an eye opener. We had a happy foot massage, where you put your feet in a pond and 100’s of tiny fish eat your feet & clean them. Such a weird & wonderful sensation. Then we tried ‘happy drink’. The best day trip. We wanted to see Cat Ba Island and Lan Ha Bay on our second trip to Hanoi. The whole journey and day went incredibly smoothly. Transport was arranged for us from Hanoi. As a couple who have spent the last two months working out an itinerary for travelling, it was such a nice change of pace to go on a guided trip. We were looked after so well by all staff but a special mention must go to our tour guide Binh (Billy)! He brought charm and humour to our trip, sharing knowledge on Hanoi (or Ha Loi!) and Vietnam, all the while taking upmost care of all guests and ensuring our comf

It was an absolutely wonderful day trip. Lan Ha Bay is more peaceful and quieter than Ha Long Bay. Shout out to Billy, our tour guide for being super nice, funny and providing us with all the necessary information. Really enjoyed the jacuzzi on the cruise ship and the cycling in Viet Hai Village which is surrounded by mountains was definitely one of the highlights. All transfers were smooth and we did not have to wait for the transfers anywhere. Would definitely recommend Serenity Cruises.

I. Hindsight would probably stay closer.. It is a lot of travelling versus the actual activities once on the island

Ship is top notch. has jacuzzi. restaurant has A/C , clean everywhere. the crew doing their job 👏 Happy the guide is a real gem 💎 food on board is delicious and fresh. on the other side , there are a lot of passengers, many children so not for everyone. it also makes everything too slow. I would change the village trip. you don't really see the village, just a small bike ride in the field. too hot.

Man muss wissen dass es schon eine sehr touristische Attraktion ist. Sehr viele Vietnamesen. Als Europäer ist man deutlich in der Minderheit und wird häufig fotografiert. Das muss man leider ertragen, war für uns aber absolut ok. Die Fahrt selber ist wunderschön, viel besser als die Halongbucht. In der Halongboard sieht man ständig Halong City und Tanker im Hintergrund; das ist hier nicht der Fall. Jede Perspektive neue grüne Kalkfelse; wünderschön.
