Awesome tour guide - Austin’s couldn’t have been more fun and kept everyone happy at any time!
Our guide, Austin, was awesome -- happy, friendly, funny -- he set the vibe for the whole day! The day started with meeting Austin and his group from Hanoi at the marina, which was logistically very easy. We got on the boat, and Austin gave an overview of the day. The meal was plentiful for those who could eat it (due to dietary restrictions we couldn't eat most of what was served, so we were given a really yummy fruit plate with fresh delicious tropical fruits). The scenery is beautiful all around, just going on the cruise without the stops along the way would have been worthwhile. We went th

We had an impressive day at Halong Bay with our guide Tom, who was very helpful! I like to especially point out the kayaking which was a lot of fun. The boat was comfortable and the food very good. loved it!
Phong was our guide and we was very knowledgeable and explained things in a fun way. The boat journey is fun and ours had loungers on the upstairs. We paid for the soeed boat option which was really fun and I would recommend! It was nice choosing which activity you want to do at each stop depending on how you feel in the day. I would definitely recommend and it was cloudy for us and was still really enjoyable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our guided tour to Ha Long Bay. We were welcomed by message from Minh, who was thorough with the instructions. We were picked up on time at our meeting point. The coach journey was enjoyable! And thankfully had air con. Minh was a fantastic host! We both enjoyed the cruise around Ha Long Bay. We had a fantastic feast to start with, and well as an Afternoon Tea to finish. The activities were brilliant for all, however we decided we would enjoy the view, and remain on the cruise ship! We absolutely loved the Speed Boat around the islands! Definitely a must do activity! Than
