Honestly, worth every penny! From Vincent's communication to the transfer pick-up, the explanations of the process, the area expertise, his humour, our driver... I can't wait to come back and book again, just because of Vincent! It is the personal touches that really make this cruise. Halong Bay itself was stunning! The weather was gorgeous. Everything was so well organised and ran smoothly. Even the drink prices onboard were super affordable! I loved this entire tour and so did my family of 5

We had a great time at the cruise. All the activities were really good. We enjoyed the food a lot. Our tour guide Tom was amazing. He was very friendly and helped us with information whenever needed.

Very punctual pick up service and a really comfortable bus ride with a quick pit stop for snacks to see us through to get to the marina. Again very organised and punctual at the marina and a nice welcome on board. The lunch buffet was plentiful and then it was on to the first stop for a climb to the top of titop island (well worth the views).A short cruise and on to stop number 2 for kayaking or a bamboo boat ride through a cave. Another short cruise and the final stop to visit the caves (very crowded but still worth it). The cruise staff were attentive and friendly so it made for a wonderful

more information for example surprise cave has 700 steps making it difficult for the elderly or persons with mobility issues to do fortunately our guide warned us before we left the boat.. also access on and off the boat is difficult as the steps from the quayside are warn uneven and steep in fact I saw a mam stumble and fall as he got on the boat .... could and should be a lot easier

Trip was really good, our guide Rosie was so lovely and had lots of information to share with us! With many stops along the way you really get a great sense on Ha Long Bay. And of course plenty of food! Would highly recommend this trip!

This tour was a great addition to my Vietnam trip. Even though it only took part of the day, it felt full and rewarding. The landscapes were stunning, the cruise was enjoyable, and the meal provided was better than expected.

If you ever visit Hanoi, I strongly recommend taking a one-day trip to Ha Long Bay. The views were absolutely breathtaking. The cruise boat was modern and luxurious, the service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. It was truly an unforgettable experience and not something you should miss. I joined this tour while traveling in Vietnam, and the experience was outstanding. We took the day cruise, which lasted less than half a day, but it was packed with excitement. Wow! The trip was incredible. We booked a one-day tour to Ha Long Bay, and it turned out to be the best day of our entire Vietnam trip. Even though the round trip took quite a long time, it was completely worth it. The scenery was so beautiful it felt almost unreal. The service was excellent. Highly recommended.
