apart of the operator that I booked with - which I have some mixed feelings about, the trip and the crew on the ship were brilliant 👏 Highly recommended.

We loved it. The staff were brilliant from start to finish, our room was gorgeous, and having a private balcony and a bath with a view right next to the big window felt like proper luxury. The activities were fun, but some (such as a the tour through the caves) felt really rushed as there were so many groups doing the same thing there was no time to stop. Food and drinks were good, very seafood heavy which makes sense though unfortunately me and my partner aren't big seafood people. Shoutout to Gino, Jack and Jenny, these were the main 3 members of staff who helped us on the boat + activities,

The cruise accommodation was top quality and the food was amazing. The catering team were exceptional ensuring that they catered for us as vegetarians throughout. The trips were also great, although the cave visit on the final day felt a little rushed. Definitely recommend this cruise.

Great service and staff were really attentive. Lots to do. The boat was in really good condition and everything was of a high standard. The room was better than our room back in Hanoi! Nothing was too much trouble. Tom and Hoa (staff) made us feel particularly welcome. We stayed on the Regina Grand for 2 nights and 3 days. Dinner was exceptional! 5 course meal - we were absolutely stuffed every night. Breakfast and lunch were good and buffet style. Trang trung cave on the last day was interesting and worth a visit. On the second day we were collected and taken by speed boat to the village of V

Brilliant cruise line, nothing was too much trouble. We were very well looked after by very friendly and efficient staff who always served us with a smile. Highly recommend if you're in the area. Facilities are clean, high class and comfortable. What more could you want from a holiday in a holiday?

Fantastic experience with lots of nice activities. They serve a 5 course menu for dinner which is european standard and really good! Highlight of the cruise though is Le Dong, the tourguide, who is very friendly with lots of happy vibes and basically the spirit of the boat. A person you will never forget :) 5/5 stars!

Très beau yacht (taille raisonnable : 70 personnes / 30 cabines environ) On a eu 2 belles et grandes cabines à l’avant du bateau (surclassé ?) Personnel très gentil et attentif Animations / excursions rythmées : kayak, baignade, visite d’un village et d’une grotte, mini golf, cours de cuisine, … Repas bons et diversifiés Très bons cocktails à prix raisonnable lors de l’happy hour Cours de cuisine pour apprendre à faire des nems et des rouleaux de printemps

Sehr tolles Erlebnis. Auf jeden Fall immer die Dreitagestour machen lohnt sich zu 100%. ( sag ich und ich war in Vorfeld skeptisch 😉)
