Hanoi: Bat-Trang-Keramikkurs in der Altstadt

My husband and I really enjoyed this pottery workshop it was such fun and the staff helping made it a real experience,they were particularly helpful with my husband who has never made a pottery item ever, with their instruction he turned out a plate cup,bowl and small vars which looked really good,so if he can do it so can you. Great 3 hrs so much fun staff just wonderful and talented.

It was so fun. the girl who taught me was very knowledgeable and patient and helped fixed little mistakes that came up from trying pottery wheel for the first time. They let you glaze and fire one piece for free and everyone on top is $5 US. I liked all my pieces and decided to fire them all. they ended up so good, I'm super happy with the instruction and the ability to make whatever you wanted. I even made a little mushroom to use as a handle for one of my mugs

It was a really fun, family activity. Our guide was patient and informative, helping us to create our masterpieces. Definitely recommend.

It was a very fun session, even though a lot of mistakes were made there was no problem getting more clay to just try again and with the timeframe offered you will have plenty of time to go slow and try make the pieces you want. Definitely listen when they say the pieces shrink about 20% after kilning. This is a great class to jump straight into trying the pottery wheel.

Had a wonderful time making lots of different types of pottery. Our teenager also thoroughly enjoyed himself. When my pottery had dried it had a small hole in the bottom and they kindly allowed me to choose a gift from the shop to also take home with me.

wonderful experience in Hanoi. worth to spend time there and try to do some ceramics on your own. our teachers were wonderful knowleagable and took care of us. i trully recommend:)

We had so much fun at our pottery ceramics class, expertly taught by Châu who couldn’t have been more kind, patient, and supportive. The music playlist was fantastic, too! We are so happy with what we were helped to create and can’t wait to pick up our finished cups and plates in a few days time. Thank you Châu!

Very fun activity to do in Hanoi! The instructors and staff were very friendly, helpful and hands on to ensure your piece is perfect! Great take home souvenir but make sure you give yourself enough time as they will need time to fire the piece for you to take home.

Great opportunity to get your hands in the clay and experiment! Lovely lady teaching me how to and how not to do. Would absolutely do it again and am so happy for the gorgeous things I am bringing home ✨

A fantastic way to spend 3 hours, lots of fun and laughs. yes you'll make a lot of mistakes but Hang and Chau will be there to help you through it and you'll be amazed by the final product you make.
