Dies ist ein 1-stündiges Erlebnis in Hanoi. Wir halten Ihren Platz beim Anbieter, bevor wir Ihre Buchung als endgültig behandeln.
Hanoi ist tausend Jahre alt und zugleich eine französische Kolonialhauptstadt, beides auf einmal: die 36 Gassen der Altstadt, jede nach der Zunft benannt, die dort handelte, der See des zurückgegebenen Schwertes in ihrer Mitte, der Literaturtempel von 1070, das Mausoleum, in dem Ho Chi Minh aufgebahrt liegt (nur vormittags, montags und freitags geschlossen sowie zwei Monate im Herbst), und das baumbestandene französische Viertel mit seinen Villen und dem Opernhaus. Die Cafés der Train Street, wo die Bahn einen Meter neben den Tischen vorbeifährt, öffnen und schließen, je nachdem, wie die Behörden gerade entscheiden. Der Eierkaffee wurde hier 1946 erfunden, bun cha ist das Mittagessen, und das Wasserpuppentheater am See ist der Abend. Von Dezember bis Februar ist Hanoi kühl und grau, von Mai bis September heiß; Oktober und November sind die besten Monate.

Kira was super knowledgeable and really well versed in the whole coffee making while having a great ability to teach me how to make 3 different sensation coffees
The cooking class was thoroughly enjoyable! We were lucky in that it was just the two of us in the class that day. Ha was an excellent teacher, warm and welcoming. Took the time to explain the history of the different types of coffee. It was a fantastic experience! AND the coffee tastes AMAZING!
Perfect coffee class. Now I know how how to make brown, white and egg coffee. The guide was sooo nice and explained lots of things about the coffee but also about Vietnamese traditions. I recommand 100% if you are in Hanoi.
This class is seriously so good. My partner and I enjoyed the full class and as a coffee lover I was in heaven. Kira (our teacher) was lovely and explained everything so well that anyone could do it. I will be making all the coffees she taught us got my friend and family when we get home.
Lucy was an excellent teacher and guide through the coffee culture of Vietnam and I was lucky enough to be the only person in the class so I got a one on one teaching experience. We covered many different coffees, I would have liked to have done salt coffee and coconut coffee but Lisa subsequently sent me a guide on WhatsApp and thanks to her excellent instructions I’m 100% confident in making them. I would recommend this trip to all. Great value for money.
Super fun! Lots of interesting information. It included the salt, egg and coconut coffee and they were DELICIOUS recipes (although my heart was racing after 😂) Our guide Hải was kind, funny and stimulated a lively coffee discussion amongst us - so much fun!
I had a fantastic coffee making class with Hai. He is well spoken, speaks excellent English and extremely knowledgeable. He is so passionate about coffee and has many stories to tell about Hanoi and Vietnam. I highly recommend doing a class with Hai
The organizer of the activity was very nice to me, i booked it when i was not in hanoi and i looked at the wrong location, but they allowed me to reschedule whenever i was in hanoi again, wich i think is very sweet. The activity was fun, the person giving the instructions was engaging. Now i can make the special coffees at home aswell, because you get a digital recipe book.

Coffee class here with Hai was absolutely fantastic he is the best instructor for this course! We did the iconic class so we got to try 3 coffees egg, salt and coconut all absolutely delicious. And Hai has excellent knowledge of the history and process of coffee making. 2.5 hours long so a great way to spend time getting to know the local culture. A must do experience and cafe to visit in Hanoi. Kirstie from England
