We had a great 3-day tour through Mai Chau, Pu Luong and Ninh Binh. The organization and service were excellent. A special thanks to Mia, who followed us remotely throughout the tour, providing daily updates, schedules and constant support whenever needed. The activities were well organized and the local guides were very professional, friendly and helpful. We also had an unexpected situation during the tour, but thanks to the guide’s availability and positive attitude, everything was handled smoothly.
