Dies ist ein Erlebnis in Hanoi, rund um Altstadt von Hanoi. Wir halten Ihren Platz beim Anbieter, bevor wir Ihre Buchung als endgültig behandeln.
Hanoi ist tausend Jahre alt und zugleich eine französische Kolonialhauptstadt, beides auf einmal: die 36 Gassen der Altstadt, jede nach der Zunft benannt, die dort handelte, der See des zurückgegebenen Schwertes in ihrer Mitte, der Literaturtempel von 1070, das Mausoleum, in dem Ho Chi Minh aufgebahrt liegt (nur vormittags, montags und freitags geschlossen sowie zwei Monate im Herbst), und das baumbestandene französische Viertel mit seinen Villen und dem Opernhaus. Die Cafés der Train Street, wo die Bahn einen Meter neben den Tischen vorbeifährt, öffnen und schließen, je nachdem, wie die Behörden gerade entscheiden. Der Eierkaffee wurde hier 1946 erfunden, bun cha ist das Mittagessen, und das Wasserpuppentheater am See ist der Abend. Von Dezember bis Februar ist Hanoi kühl und grau, von Mai bis September heiß; Oktober und November sind die besten Monate.

Had a great tour with Olaf - we braved the rain with our umbrella and rain jacket. September in Hanoi is quite wet. On this tour we had beef pho, bun cha (grilled pork w/ rice noodles and lettuce) and fried eel with glass noodles. I was hoping to try the dry pho but I guess they switch things up occasionally- although I think you always get Bun Cha and Eel. Olaf gave me tip on where to try the dry chicken pho. The eel was actually better than I expected. Crunchy and not fishy. The noodles and soup that accompanies them is a little more fishy. We finished the tour with sticky rice coconut ice c
We spent four hours with Hai this evening and had such a great time! He was incredibly enthusiastic and knowledgeable, introducing us to Vietnamese food, explaining the different dishes and showing us the proper way to eat them. We tried several different things throughout the evening, but it was much more than just a food tour - we chatted about all sorts of subjects and learnt a lot about Vietnam along the way. Food was great and we left full. The weather was absolutely terrible, with torrential rain for most of the evening, and I very nearly cancelled because of it. I’m so glad I didn’t! We

What a fabulous way to spend an afternoon eating our way through the delicacies of Hanoi. Ham our leader was fun, inclusive and explained the dishes perfectly. The pouring rain did not deter us from the adventure. Brilliant.

I loved all of this tour. Baron was our tour guide and he is local to Hanoi and knew so much about the food and the history and the culture. the food was gorgeous and they accommodated us as vegetarians as I did not see in the booking that the tour was unsuitable for vegetarian. Baron ordered swaps for us and everything was fantastic.
