Parfüm-Pagode: Bootsfahrt auf dem Yen-Fluss, Mittagessen und Höhle in Hanoi

We had a great day. Very chilled out and interesting the hear about the local culture, how the people live outwith the city of Hanoi and the festival. Minh was a great guide. He had a smile on his face all day, was very knowledgeable and was happy to answer any questions. Was nice that it was his home village that we were visiting.

Our guide, Minh, took care of us and our understanding of the culture and respect to the Pagoda. He shared details about history and legend around this place. Our drive was crazy and there were moments I thought we are going to die. I also think karaoke on the boat was unnecessary, with the beautiful scenery we would prefer to listen birds and enjoy nature. Last but not least, there was possibility to make a trek to the cave but it was not possible having into consideration timing, we would never make it and meet the time. So the option is there but rather be prepared to use cable car. Btw it

Minh our guide really made our day trip to Perfume Pagoda special! He was so informative and very passionate about making sure we understood the history and story behind the cave and Pagoda. The lunch was very nice and there was an abundance of yummy local food. The boat ride was so tranquil and we admired our the hard work and effort our lovely lady boat rower put in to our return trip. It really was a great day out- the cave was beautiful and serene. It was nice to have the option to take the cable car if we didn’t want to walk in the heat. We totally recommend this day trip! Very nice tour of 2 places with Toan, very gentle driver, who bring us to Pagoda and Minh Mang tomb, 2 extraordinary places, need to go when in Hue. Fresh fruits and water offered on top of that, that was a Perfect tour

Minh was an excellent guide that provided a lot of interesting information about the area. He took lots of pictures of our group and explained fully the history behind Perfume Pagoda.

This is a remote place, not as far as Ninh Binh, but the road felt as long. The boat trip is nice (if the weather is nice), although is a bit too long. And you need to go by boat both ways! The place itself is good: the pagoda is beautiful and the cave is absolutely spectacular. The only competition for it is a cave near Da Nang (among what I've seen so far). Even if the weather is not well, you can still enjoy both places. The cable car is OK, but nothing exceptional. What is not very good there - the whole place is overrun with sellers (who sell mostly the same things) and sometimes they get

Minh was very knowledgeable about the surroundings. He explained the history about the complex. The trip was well planned.

It was amazing! Our guide Minh was fantastic! Best part was him singing Vietnamese songs while we were going down the river. And he told the story of his people and the pagoda, cave and the emperors daughter deep from the heart.

I had a lot of fun! Great guide and beautiful place :)
