I believe every traveller to Saigon seeks a genuine connection with the people of the city. This experience delivered it for myself and my partner, and was unquestionably our favourite memory of Saigon. Tyrone and Beck were fantastic, informative and attentive without a fault. We had an excellent stream of non stop conversation on the road, in comfort, on the back of a bike cruising through the mangroves. Never having been on a motorbike prior to this tour, I feel that I left as an expert passenger. We got to experience a slice of what life is like for locals that leave the city to visit the Can Gio beach and seafood market. I highly recommend eating a small breakfast before being picked up and bringing sunscreen, face mask and sunglasses for the ride, water and bug spray. If you’re able to, pack light and avoid loose articles of clothing (have a bag to store your things). The monkeys will climb on you if they feel you have something easy to steal! Super fun day trip, I definitely recommend it. it was even better than the trip to the Mekong Delta. What made the trip absolutely memorable was my driver, Long. He was the sweetest guy, very considerate. His English was perfect and he could explain a lot to me. He made sure that the trip was not an average tour you can do with a bus but a unique experience.
