We absolutely loved this! Hieu is the best. Such a relaxed, genuine vibe and you can tell he really loves sharing his city. We tried bò kho, hủ tiếu mì hoành thánh, crispy chuối chiên, and so much incredible fruit, all explained so well. It didn’t feel like a tour, it felt like hanging out with a local friend who happens to know all the best food spots. Highly recommend! Thank you Hieu 🌿

Such an amazing tour with Hieu and Spring! We started with delicious Bo Kho in the tiniest local restaurant that’s not even listed on google! Next a frenzy of fruit tasting at a local market - again everything was delicious. Next was my absolute favourite - deep fried bananas that I could eat all day. This was all washed down with a coffee served in one of the oldest coffee shops in Saigon - steeped in history and charm. We really enjoyed doing this tour, it was a highlight of our visit to Saigon, we highly recommend booking! Thank you Spring for showing us Saigon with this very thoughtful tour. We found it a lovely way to see the city, starting early & seeing the hustle & bustle of the city slowly building. Spring was a great guide with warmth & kindness gave us insight into life in Saigon, taking us places we wouldn’t have found ourselves, telling us about the history of the places as went along. Our tour with Hieu was really wonderful! We saw an authentic side of HCMC that we would not have otherwise experienced, and we really enjoyed it! It was a mix of local life, good food and drinks, history and facts. It was very interesting getting insights into the vietnamese lifestyle, and Hieu answered all the questions we had. He is an excellent guide who speaks super well English (and some german!) and we had a delightful time being guided by him. Warmly recommend!

really fantastic! i loved the combo of food tour with history and culture info. the places we went are places a tourist would never find. we literally only saw locals. it’s one of the best tours i’ve ever done. the best part was when he took us to a fruit stand and just started handing us all the fruit they had to try- that was my dream come to life. i don’t eat beef or pork, and the one place we went that had beef i was given a vegan option that was delicious.
