Mekongdelta: Tagestour nach Ben Tre abseits des Massentourismus in Ho Chi Minh City

Our tour, guided by Huy, was a very unique experience, that we highly recommend! We only had 11 people in our group and on the trip we saw no other touristic group, so it felt unique to us. We were introduced to families who showed us their handcraft but there was no pressure to buy anything. (But we did, to support the families) ;-) We rode by bike through beautiful nature and drove by boat - and always felt safe. Thank you Huy for that wonderful day!

I was sceptical about this tour, wanted to cancel it, not as a matter of money, but as time wasted instead of seeing HCMC. I highly recommend not to skip it, this option right here; don't risk with others, bigger group or whatever. Our guide. Mr. Ken speaks perfect english and was so nice and helpful to all of us, I hope he will be youe guide, too.

The tour was si good! Nam our guide was very nice, he took us everywhere without turists and tell us very curious stories. We really recommend this tour!

Huy was a great guide making the difference. Tour is good with a longer 30min motorboat ride and a short 15min wooden boat ride. Food was really good!

Very well orginized, Ken is really nice and patient, we didnt feel rushed and the tour does live up to the name - less touristy. Also, this might be handy to some seeking the snake free tour- this is the one :)

Huy maintained the promise of showing us authentic Mekong villages and people, not places staged for tourists. We were a group of 7, mostly alone during the visits to local producers and in the river. Cycling in the countryside was very pleasant, lunch was very tasty and Huy gave us a lot of interesting information. I'm very happy that I chose this over other tours, highly recommended!

Our guide Huy was very knowledgeable and authentic, he was honest about the experience and it didn't feel fake at all. Pick up/drop off were easy, though do be warned drop off can be an hour or so delayed because of traffic. Tour itself was very good, nice mix of activities and the lunch was great. The locals that you visit are definitely set up for tourists but it didn't feel scammy at all. Only saw a few other tourist groups and when on the boat we were mostly alone.

A great day trip with lots of insights from our capable guide Kero. Enjoyed the experience and lunch was tasty and authentic.

An excellent excursion with an even better guide, Huy. Not only did we get to explore local brick-making, coconut candy, and chocolate production from cocoa, but Huy also shared a wealth of insights about the culture and traditions of the local community. The lunch, hosted by a local family, was absolutely delicious and very generous, with a vegan option available—which was a great bonus. The boat ride through the canals and cycling around the village made for an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend taking this tour with Huy!
