Das Mekong-Delta beginnt zwei Stunden südlich von Ho-Chi-Minh-Stadt, wo sich der Fluss in neun Arme teilt und eine flache grüne Provinz aus Reis, Kokospalmen und Obstgärten durchzieht. We had a fantastic day trip with Bang as our tour guide. The limousine was very luxurious and the driver was excellent. The tour was well paced with plenty of stops for different activities and opportunities to use the restroom. The Vietnamese lunch was very tasty and plentiful. Bang was very knowledgeable and polite. He looked after us very well.

Theo organized the tour beautifully and immediately accommodated our wishes. He always checked with the group to see if anyone wanted to stop somewhere. He managed to turn strangers into friends in no time. We sang, laughed, ate together, and got to know Vietnamese culture. He took a lot of time to answer every question. The tour is absolutely recommendable!

Amy was a great tour guide, sharing lots of great information with us. Very knowledgeable and good host. Trip was great fun crossing the Mekong Delta to 3 islands to see local crafts and for lunch. Then a trip in a Samoan for a couple of kilometres. A long but great day. Would recommend.

Only on tours that overnight in Can Tho or leave Ho Chi Minh City before 4:00: Cai Rang works from 5:00 to 8:00 and is four hours from the city. Standard day tours to My Tho and Ben Tre show the river, the coconut creeks by sampan, the orchards and the workshops, but not a working floating market, and the listing says which it is.
