Dies ist ein 2-stündiges Erlebnis in Hoi An. Wir halten Ihren Platz beim Anbieter, bevor wir Ihre Buchung als endgültig behandeln.
Hoi An ist ein Handelshafen, den der Thu-Bon-Fluss im 19. Jahrhundert verlanden ließ, und genau deshalb blieb die Altstadt aus chinesischen Ladenhäusern, Versammlungshallen, der japanischen überdachten Brücke und ockergelb getünchten Kaufmannshäusern so vollständig erhalten, dass sie 1999 UNESCO-Welterbe wurde. Die Altstadt ist den größten Teil des Tages für Motorräder gesperrt, abends von Seidenlaternen beleuchtet und am vollsten beim Laternenfest zum Vollmond in jedem Mondmonat. Ringsum: das Gemüsedorf Tra Que, die Wasserkokos-Kanäle von Cam Thanh mit ihren runden Korbbooten, das Töpferdorf Thanh Ha, der Strand von An Bang und, 40 Kilometer landeinwärts, die Cham-Tempelruinen von My Son, am besten um 7:00 Uhr vor den Reisebussen. Die Stadt ist außerdem Vietnams Schneiderhauptstadt; ein Anzug dauert 24 Stunden.

Such an amazing day with the fourth generation of incense producers. Learning was very fun, and it is not easy so big kudos to all the people who Mae impossible for me to burn incense all day. I learned multiple methods and the different types of incense you can make. If you’re a lover of incense, or even want to keep those pesky mosquitos away, definitely try this experience. The family is warm, welcoming and very patient to teach you how to make incense. One of my Vietnam highlights!
I had a great time learning about incense and making incense in different ways. I got to make incense in molds for the cone shape, I got to roll incense sticks by hand and finally I got to make incense sticks with a simple machine and at the end of the workshop I could take everything home! They also have a small shop at the workshop where you can buy something, but there’s no pressure whatsoever to do so. I recommend this workshop for everyone who wants to learn more about the traditional way of intense making and spend a great hour or two on a half island near Hoi An.

Great! Loved it, really interesting and a multigenerational family of hand made incense. I was ok at racks one, two, I was extremely average and three was fantastic! I left with some of my own work too which was really fun! A beautiful morning 😊
It was very informative and really increased our understanding of incense. We made both incense cones and sticks, and it's a lot harder than it looks! But lots of fun, and we got too keep our creations. I highly recommend this experience.

It was an immersive and relaxing experience. My travel companion and I were welcomed with a smile, and the owner patiently explained the traditional incense-making process, allowing us to try it out for ourselves. We were gifted the products we created, making for a very special souvenir—a handmade memento! I recommend this experience to anyone looking to try something different and more personalized.

Thach was very knowledgeable and passionate and proud about being a fourth generation incense maker. He and his sister were good instructors and patient with my clumsiness. A really worthwhile experience. I wish I’d gone there earlier so I could enjoy the other local crafts like mat making and boat making.
