The price does not cover personal expenses, transportation, ticket is non-refundable and no refunds will be issued for late arrivals and/or no-shows. Everything it does cover is listed in full on this page, so if something is not on that list, budget for it separately.
The Hoi An old town ticket (a small fee that covers five heritage houses or halls) is included when the listing says so; otherwise it is bought at the entrance and the guide explains which houses to use it on. The old town is closed to motorbikes for most of the day, and My Son is best at opening time before the tour buses.
We confirm your booking with the operator before we treat it as final, and we need at least one day's notice. Once it is confirmed you get the meeting point, the time and a contact number for the day. If the operator cannot take your date we tell you and refund you rather than leave you waiting.
