Great trip, i loved the 6 hour bus ride to sapa on the sleeper bus. my partner’s seat was broken & unable to recline up so that was a bummer but not dealbreaker. the accommodations were nice & staff at the aroma hotel were superb!! attentive & supportive the activities were a little hectic as there seemed to be multiple groups doing different things but still fun! the meals were so good! reminded me of my mothers cooking. really enjoyed experiencing the northern vietnamese culture & foods

The staff were very nice and helpful, but overall, I found the experience overpriced for what was included. As a solo traveler, I had to pay the full accommodation cost myself, and on top of that, the cable car entrance was not included in the price.
