Best experience, transport has been Good to and from Hanoi, The hotel, even The 3 star one, is very nice and comfortable. Very pleased with this tour. The sleeping bus was comfy once you got used to it. The guides were good and the accommodation ‘Relax Hotel’ was very comfortable. Local guides on the trek were helpful too.

We had a good time during the trip and all was according to expectations. It was a little unorganized at the beginning, as the guide only met us in Sapa and the driver didn’t speak english, so we didn’t receive any info. Until the guide actually picked us up we were a bit lost. But once we met with the guide, everything was fine. She was very frindly. The trip from Hanoi to Sapa was long and bumpy (6 h) but luckily we went for the limousine and the chairs were wide and very comfortable with sufficient leg space.
