Loved having our own guide. She was amazing and funny

I had the most wonderful guide, her name was Chang and she made the trip very special. She could give a lot of information for Sa Pa and the people living there. We hiked to the villages around Sa Pa and met the local people. I can highly recommend the trip if you want to experience the beautiful nature and want to get an insight in the life of the local people.

Absolutely loved this! Was our fav part of our trip to vietnam, our guide was absolutely lovely. Great hotel- stayed in the charm hotel, transportation was very comfortable.

So driver showed up 50 minutes after the scheduled meet up time which was pretty frustrating. After waiting for 30 minutes and emailing the host I ended up just contacting their 24/7 hotline in which they answered that the car would be there soon and what the license plate number was. I feel like this info should have been provided before. Driver also did some risky overtakes on the freeway which also was not fun. We got to the hotel and the first lunch meal was kind of confusing since it said we had a voucher for 2 people but they only provided us one set of food. It wasn’t quite enough food

Very very nice. 2 days is not enough to explore Sapa. At the end of the tour we were lured into a touria trap to buy their stuff. They expect a big tip, so bring cash as it is also earned. In total a great trip but Charm hotel should not be 4 star.

Must do in Vietnam. Beautiful region even with cloudy and rainy weather

Amazing experience once in a life time. Our tour guide Phe was so helpful and knowledgable and spoke flawless English which she had learnt only from tourists.. amazing!! Would recommend this to anyone, have told everyone I’ve met in Vietnam since that this is what they should do! Just a shame that the bus drivers were so crazy...

My tour guide was a local from the village who sometimes struggled with english but he was a nice genuine lad who knows the area. some people could struggle with the distance on the second day especially in the heat but its explained before booking. overall a great tour would recommend

The drive from Hanoi to Sapa is long but worth the trip. Once we arrived, the tours were organized by which hotel you stayed at. The first day's trek was shorter but involved going down and back up. The second day's trek was longer but only involved downhill and getting bused back to the hotel. The description online didn't quite match with the itinerary (first day trek uphill - no bus, but then dinner included). Our guide, Tai My, was a member of a local tribe and showed us through the villages. She was a great guide, very friendly and she answered all our questions about the area and life in

This your is brilliant from start to finish. Picked up from my hostel in Hanoi in a very luxurious bus, with a/c, water and even a TV screen! We stayed in the 2* hotel and cant complain, large rooms, cute balcony right in the centre of town. Food was also great, lots of it and very tasty. Amie our tour guide was lovely. She was so knowledgeable and took us round the different villages. An amazing trip, would recommend to everyone to do!

Our guide, Emiel, was from Lao-chai Village. During the trip, we tried to explain our poor English carefully. We always smiled and kindly guided our schedule for 1 night and 2 days. Also, the hotel owner at the Legend Hotel was very kind to us and the meal was really delicious. This is a tour that I want to recommend to my friends. Don't worry about it Please choose this.
