Communication could have been better, esp at Hanoi train station.

Booked Deluxe Class. When advised to collect tickets at station 1 hour prior to departure, they had no tickets in our name so given 3rd class tickets in worst ever cabin. Solid wood beds, dirty throw rug and pillow and my wife had to endure the journey with 2 other unknown makes who snored all night. Worst experience ever. I want my money back
