The tofu making was very interesting to see the different steps involved in the process. We got to try the soy as a liquid drink and then as the tofu itself along side a delicious meal. Hoang, our host was very informative, friendly and a great chef. Thank you for the experience!
Hoang was really friendly and informative. We loved learning the process from start to finish and getting to eat the product of our hard work at the end was such a treat and so delicious! Would definitely recommend!! The location on Maps takes you to Sapa Local Food but if this door isn't open when you arrive then you can go in through the door to the Saigonese Trekking House as it's all part of the same building.

Så spændende og lærerig aktivitet med god indsigt i hvordan man lærer tofu fra start til slut. Retten til sidst i tomatsovs var så lækker! Anbefaler alle!
Wir haben heute den Tofukurs gemacht und waren sehr begeistert. Die Anleitung war super und der Tofu wurde danach direkt in 2 Varianten verarbeitet. Unser Guide war total nett und hat uns einen Einblick in ihr Leben gegeben. Wir sind auch in 2h fertig gewesen, so wie angegeben.
Super activité ! Nous avons appris à faire du tofu du trempage des graines se soja jusqu’à la cuisson et la dégustation. Nous avons aussi eu une boisson (thé ou café) de bienvenue et des accompagnements au moment de la dégustation pour faire un repas complet ! Animatrice très sympathique et pédagogue, elle nous a bien accompagné et a répondu à toutes nos questions. L'activité a duré plus longtemps que prévu : nous avons fini de manger à 14h, donc elle dure plus 4h que 2h. Prévoyez en conséquence. Nous recommandons vivement 😃
So much fun! We learned how to make tofu (duh) and afterwards got to make a meal with it. But, at the time of writing this review the activity duration is 2 hours. Our group took 4 hours without any major hiccups, so unless they've updated the duration when you're reading this make sure to take that into consideration :)
