Dies ist ein 5-stündiges Erlebnis ab Sapa, rund um Bus/Reisebus. Wir halten Ihren Platz beim Anbieter, bevor wir Ihre Buchung als endgültig behandeln.
Sa Pa liegt auf 1.600 Metern im Hoang-Lien-Gebirge nahe der chinesischen Grenze, eine französische Bergstation der 1920er-Jahre und heute Ausgangspunkt für Trekkingtouren durch die Terrassentäler der Hmong-, Dao- und Giay-Dörfer. Die klassische Wanderung führt vom Ort über Cat Cat oder Y Linh Ho hinunter nach Lao Chai und Ta Van entlang des Muong-Hoa-Tals, fünf bis sechs Stunden, mit Mittagessen in einem Dorfhaus und, bei der Zweitagesvariante, einer Übernachtung im Homestay; die meisten Touren führen einheimische Hmong-Frauen, und die Pfade sind nach Regen schlammig. Der Fansipan, mit 3.143 Metern Indochinas höchster Gipfel, ist eine Seilbahnfahrt von 15 Minuten oder ein zweitägiger Aufstieg. Die Terrassen stehen im Mai und Juni spiegelglatt unter Wasser und sind im September golden; von Dezember bis Februar ist es kalt, oft neblig, und gelegentlich schneit es. Der Sonntagsmarkt von Bac Ha, zwei Stunden entfernt, ist der große Markt der Blumen-Hmong.

If I could, I would give them 1 hundred stars. May Sieu, our guide, took us through the Hmong villages with love and pride, telling us stories about her family, ancestors and the land. If we could, we would stay there for a week, learning and enjoying the valley.
We had an unforgettable experience on our guided tour with May, who is actually from one of the villages we visited. This made the tour even more special, as she gave us an authentic, personal insight into the lives of the local tribe people. She took us to three different villages, where we got to see how the communities live and even had the chance to step inside a real home. It was eye-opening and incredibly humbling. May was warm, engaging, and full of fascinating facts. Because she’s part of the community, she spoke with such honesty and depth — it felt like we were being welcomed into he
Incredible trek around the local rice fields. May Pham was a brilliant tour guide, very knowledgeable and so sweet. We had a small group which made the trek so much more personal and we’ll remember it forever.
This was a very enjoyable trekking tour with our guide Say. She provided great insights into the local life and shared her knowledge about farming practices. The lunch was very tasty.

We had a wonderful day with May Sieu who showed us the wonderful nature of Sapa. Although we only took a hike of about 4h, we really had the impression we've seen all the beauty Sapa has to offer. In the beginning of our hike we walked in the forest for a short while which was really amazing. It was also very nice that she gave us the option for a more difficult walk with amazing views and a less difficult walk (but with less beautiful views). We chose for the first one which was really as wonderful as expected.
Our guide Mrs May Pham was incredible. We had an amazing trek through the villages, would highly recommend!

My wife and I went on this tour and there was another younger couple as well. We were met by our guide May Pham and commenced our walk accompanied by two Hmong women. May Pham explained the women were not part of the tour but made us aware they were following us and would at some stage ask us to buy some things which was at our discretion. The track was initially muddy in places and steep which is where one of the women took my hand in her strong grip and helped me negotiate the rocks. My wife especially appreciated the assistance. The tour was brilliant as we had an amazing tour guide May Phan she spoke very good English and was very knowledgeable. We had lots of rest stops and the food was good. Would definitely recommend and do it again.
We had a wonderful experience. Breathtaking scenery and our local guide May Pham was so lovely. Definitely one of the highlights of our Vietnam trip. We walked for about 3.5 hours but stopped a lot along the way to take photos and were going at a slow pace due to it being a bit wet and slippery in places. Yummy lunch included with vegetarian option. So happy we did this :-)
