Esta es una experiencia de 3 horas en Phnom Penh, centrada en Central Market Phnom Penh and Phnom Penh Night Market. El plato que todos aprenden es el amok de pescado, un curry de coco cocido al vapor en una copa de hoja de platano hasta que cuaja como un flan; el lok lak, carne de res sellada con pimienta y salsa de lima y pimienta, es el otro. La pimienta de Kampot, de origen protegido, aparece en ambos. Las clases suelen empezar en un mercado, donde el guia le muestra el pescado fermentado, el azucar de palma y el pescado de rio antes de cocinar nada.

This is one of the best tours we've done in the whole of South East Asia. Our guide, Martin, was so knowledgeable. He told us great stories at each stop about Cambodia's history. He even shared personal stories and told us how much the country has changed. It was these stories that made the tour truly stand out. Martin never rushed us, and gave us plenty of time to ask questions. We wish Martin could be our tour guide everywhere we go.

Martin was an amazing guide, who took his time to explain the history and culture of each place we went to. We truly felt like we got a good understanding of the life in Cambodia, its story and its people. It was eye opening to walk through the modern streets, the pristine temples and finally, the bustling alleyways, which we may not have experienced on our own. Highly recommended!
Martin was an excellent guide. In a short few hours he told us about the history of Cambodia and he showed us many relevant sights related to the history. We tried some street food with him . As he is a local he knew all the best places to eat and what to avoid. The tour gave us a great start to our time in Phnom Penh. I wish we had time to do one of Martins other tours in town.
