The guide and the driver were great and once we got underway, late everything ran fine. The problem was when I booked the trip it said I had to choose one of two pick up points and showed them on a map. my nearest was only a short walk up the road so I was not worried about it. unfortunately I arrived there early to find it was just a major road junction. No travel agents or bus stop etc. I waited half an hour and realised something was wrong. Back at the hotel I was able to E-Mail and they asked what hotel I was staying at? We eventually got on the road and as I said the Guide and driver did
