Esta es una experiencia de 1 hora en Siem Reap. Esta a cargo de BREKSA TRAVEL, un operador con el que reservamos directamente en lugar de a traves de un revendedor, por lo que podemos reservar su plaza antes de dar la reserva por definitiva.

El campo inmediatamente alrededor de Siem Reap es arrozal, palmeras de azucar y pueblos que estan a cinco minutos de la carretera de los templos y que rara vez ven quienes hacen los circuitos. La palmera de azucar es el arbol nacional y su savia es extraida de la corona por hombres que trepan un palo con muescas dos veces al dia, hervida luego para obtener el azucar de palma que se usa en cada cocina jemer. El ano del arroz lo determina todo: trasplante en los meses humedos, campos verdes durante las lluvias, cosecha hacia noviembre y diciembre, luego rastrojo seco y polvo. A ultima hora de la tarde es cuando la luz funciona mejor y cuando los pueblos estan activos, por lo que la mayoria de estos paseos se extienden hasta el atardecer.
