Las casas sobre pilotes de Kampong Phluk se elevan de seis a diez metros sobre sus patas, secas por debajo en marzo y a la altura de los tobillos en octubre; Kampong Khleang es mas grande, mas alejado y mucho menos visitado; Chong Kneas es el mas cercano a Siem Reap y el mas turistico. Que pueblo funciona, y si el barco puede siquiera llegar al bosque inundado, depende por completo del mes.

Mr Pon was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the tour, we started off with an insightful lesson on the recent history of the Tonlé Sap , then went to visit the village as well as mangrove forest. Thank you very much for the great experience to remember !

It is an absolute must for anyone visiting Siem Reap. The lake itself, the village, it is all genuinely unbelievable. The tour has been perfectly organized, the guide Pon is very friendly and helpful and knows a lot about the area. The canoeing trip is worth the 5 dollars you will need to pay extra.
We had a fantastic boat tour led by Mr Poun. Highly recommended.
The floating village tour was amazing, it’s very interesting to see how these people live. We did a mangroves canoe boat as well as a walk around the village to see the school and children learning English. Our tour guide Bory (Tom) was very engaging and led a really great tour :) A really amazing tour and would recommend!
