Had a great day trip from Tokyo to Mt. Fuji and Hakone! The ropeway ride was fun with amazing views, Lake Ashi was peaceful and beautiful, and seeing the volcano area was really interesting. The tour was well organized and the whole experience was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this trip!

I will totally recommend this day trip. Our guide, Jack has been the most fabulous guide, not making the trip dull at all with good information and all the locations covered have been great for their scenic beauty. We were even lucky to get outstanding views of Mt. Fuji.

Yes. Hotel pickup in Mount Fuji. Lucky Day Travel confirms your pickup time and the exact spot once the booking is in. The collection window is usually a little wider than a fixed minute, because the driver is working a route around several hotels.
The price does not cover lunch, personal expenses and ticket for cruise at lake ashi (jpy 1,700). Everything it does cover is listed in full on this page, so if something is not on that list, budget for it separately.
Nobody can promise it. Fuji is clear on roughly a third of days, most often on winter mornings, and from June to September it is in cloud more often than not. The tour runs regardless and the lakes, the pagoda and the ropeway are planned to be worth the day without the summit. There is no refund for cloud.
We confirm your booking with the operator before we treat it as final, and we need at least one day's notice. Once it is confirmed you get the meeting point, the time and a contact number for the day. If the operator cannot take your date we tell you and refund you rather than leave you waiting.
