Excellent trip, very knowledgeable guide MEG who made sure we did not miss anything. She even parted the clouds so we could see Mt Fuji The bullet train was something else

It was great. The weather cooperated with us in the morning and we could see Mt. Fuji. However, the clouds quickly rolled in and covered it. As we were leaving it was visible again. Our bus pulled over so we could take pictures, however our bus wouldn’t let us out to take them with our family with it in the background. We had to take the pictures through the window. Other buses were letting their passengers off to take the pictures. I wish ours would have. That was the only really disappointing thing on the tour.

We had a wonderful time Roszi and My were our tour guides. Roszi was very knowledgeable and entertaining. Both ladies were so sweet. Although a long day we enjoyed everything throughout the day.

You always held hostage by the local traffic, but I’ll guide lovely yes her name was lovely was very fast to adapt to the circumstances, but insured that we still had an excellent day out very satisfied with the whole overall schedule and itinerary

Kazu our tour guide was excellent. Very informative and friendly. Had good sense of humour and kept the group together well. Was happy to answer all questions. The modes of transport meant we got to experience bus, cable car, boat and train all in one day. Also got some amazing photos of Mt Fuji.

Yes. Hotel pickup in Mount Fuji. Japan Panoramic Tours confirms your pickup time and the exact spot once the booking is in. The collection window is usually a little wider than a fixed minute, because the driver is working a route around several hotels.
The price does not cover tips (optional) and hotel pickup and drop-off. Everything it does cover is listed in full on this page, so if something is not on that list, budget for it separately.
Nobody can promise it. Fuji is clear on roughly a third of days, most often on winter mornings, and from June to September it is in cloud more often than not. The tour runs regardless and the lakes, the pagoda and the ropeway are planned to be worth the day without the summit. There is no refund for cloud.
We confirm your booking with the operator before we treat it as final, and we need at least one day's notice. Once it is confirmed you get the meeting point, the time and a contact number for the day. If the operator cannot take your date we tell you and refund you rather than leave you waiting.
